Enrolment
To apply for enrolment at Our Lady of La Vang, you can download the enrolment application or contact the school to have one sent. There is no cost in lodging an enrolment application. Once we received the Enrolment Application, someone from the school will be in contact.
Documents you will need when enrolling at Our Lady Of La Vang
We require you to provide the following documentation.
- Birth certificate, or current passport (compulsorily)
- Last school report
- Documentation relating to special needs – diagnostic reports
- Any Court Order, Parenting Plan or related information affecting your child
- A copy of the Visa details if the child is not an Australian citizen
